Your SCOTTISHLEADERS Mentors is pivotal to how you, as a Member, gain insight and learn, through our trusted, structured approach.

Your Personal Mentor has two key roles

• To lead the Group of Members Monthly meeting where Members can confidentially discuss topics affecting them and their business.

• To have a confidential 1-1 meeting with you each month to gain a deep understanding of your key business issues and personal challenges and provide focussed individual support and constructive challenge.

Through it all, when things get difficult, our Mentors will walk with you when you have no one else to talk with about the challenges and issues you face as a Leader, inside and outside of your business. 

They are a varied and skilled group of business professionals.  Individually, each of them is mature, experienced and successful.  Their wisdom is clear.

Most importantly, every one of our Mentors is a strong listener, non-judgemental, caring and compassionate.  Just like your fellow Group Members.

Our Mentors are specially selected, and we are proud that they each have the wisdom to bring out the best in others and help them achieve what they didn't know they could achieve.
